Tribulus terrestris, or caltrop, is a plant of the Zygophyllaceae family native to the Mediterranean region, although it is spread throughout the world. Traditionally, the fruit and the aerial part (leaves and young shoots) are used. The fruit naturally contains steroidal saponins (protodioscin, prototribestin, pseudoprotodioscin, dioscin, tribestina, tribulosina), flavonoids (rutoside) and traces of barboline alkaloids. According to recent studies, it could support female and male sexuality. Directions for use: Take 2 capsules a day with the main meal.
