GLUTAMINE XPLODE Powdered food supplement. With sweeteners. The product contains L-glutamine, L-leucine, cysteine, selenium and vitamins. Recommended daily dose: take 1 serving once a day (before breakfast, after doing some kind of physical activity or before going to bed). Add one portion (5 g of product = 1/2 measuring spoon) to 100 ml of water and mix well. Consume immediately after preparation.
