NAPROGEN provides a very high amount of vitamin C: in 4 sticks 800 mg (1000% NRV ”) and in 3 sticks 600 mg (750% NRV '). Supplemental intake of vitamin C is recommended in certain circumstances, such as insufficient intake, cold spells, intense physical exercise and smoking. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE One stick 3 or 4 times a day. Dissolve the powder in water, iced tea or juice, mix and drink immediately. Do not exceed this dose unless expressly indicated. In children, it is recommended to adjust the dose according to the pediatrician's indication.
